Fresh deliciousness to the dining table. Fried egg, hamburger, pancake, baked apple, Ajillo.
Please use it for parties and hospitalities, not to mention everyday cooking. As it is made of iron, the mini pan would become a help for a lot of users since it supplies iron, a content which most modern people lack.
A table-top mini pan, that considers the joy to eat and the health of users. Truly a masterpiece created by the caster, Rikucho Ogasawara.
I am so pleased with my purchases. The ordering process was incredibly easy and your staff was most accommodating of shipping times
based on my travel schedule. The shipping rate is so reasonable - I will be looking to Shokunin.com first when purchasing new items
from Japan. I was thrilled with the variety of items you carry and am extremely happy with the items i purchased. I felt like a kid
on Christmas Day when I opened my carefully packaged items. The whole experience was a real treat and very special!
Thank you so much again. I really look forward to ordering from you again in the future. H.H. from USA

All the products I ordered were packed very carefully and were dispatched and delivered in lightning speed. I feel so fortunate that you offer such excellent quality artisan products for sale and direct delivery. I am particularly impressed with the Rikucho Ogasawara pans. I have owned many good quality pans in my lifetime but these are the best that I have ever used. The even heat distribution, the surface quality and the easy cleaning make them a joy to use and own. The translated seasoning instructions that you included was appreciated. The Seiryugama porcelain is equally impressive in both design and beauty. Lastly, Tsujiwa Kanaami's Tetsuki Yakiami, which I purchased on a whim, has proven to be very useful and great quality. Thank you very much.

How to Season a Pan
After thoroughly drying the pan over high heat to completely evaporate surface moisture, coat it with oil while still extremely hot and allow it to settle evenly throughout. Then, cool the pan on a damp cloth. Following this process will prevent food from sticking to the pan.
