Frying Pan is a masterpiece created by the caster, Rikucho Ogasawara.
Because it is a size larger than Mini Pan, it can be used to make a Spanish omelet for 5-6 eggs. As it is made of iron, the mini pan would become a help for a lot of users since it supplies iron, a content which most modern people lack.
Transferring the steaming hot dishes directly to the dining table, users can surely enjoy a gorgeous and pleasant dinner. It is also recommended as a gift for those who are starting a new life.
As with every order from Shokunin, everything arrived in excellent order. I am particularly enamoured with the Tsujiwa Kanaami Sesame Roaster, it toasts the seeds so perfectly and quickly. I never thought that I would ever need something like this but now I don’t think that I could live without it. The Nikko creamer is such high quality and matches the Nikko teapot beautifully. The cast iron pans and lacquerware are also excellent quality as always.

Dear Shokunin team, thank you very much! The goods arrived super fast to me in Germany. Very well and safely packaged. I am very enthusiastic about the goods! I did not write to you immediately, because I wanted to test the goods first. Of course, I immediately saw that everything is of the best quality. I bought the grater: it is very sharp as desired and does its job very well. The two Ogasawara pans are perfect - it doesn't get any better than that. I found your website because I own an Iwachu omelet pan that is phenomenally good and I wanted to buy two more just as good pans and didn't find them in Germany. Your website encouraged me to buy the Ogasawara pans. They are just as excellent: super fast I had them baked in, nothing sticks, they are light, I really use them now all the time: on the induction hob and in the oven. I've been cooking with gas all my life, but my landlord now wants electricity. Hence the induction cooker. and best of all: the pans are so smooth at the bottom that they do not scratch the induction fields. I am very happy to have found your site and grateful that you ship to Germany. It's such great work by craftsmen that I haven't found here yet. (Unless they are old things, but unfortunately I had to leave the old things in the household of my now separated husband.) I am happy with all your products, including the coasters, which will probably last my whole life. Please say a big thank you to your team and the craftsmen and please keep the opportunity to order from you with shipping to Germany! Many greetings, health and all well-being, always good food and peace I wish.... I order safely again :-) I've never been to Japan, I only ordered because I think the quality is so great and now I'm getting more and more really keen to come to Japan. Your products impress me - thank you very much for that, all the best.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Shokunin.com for offering me such a pleasant shopping experience overseas. Your handicrafts have been favourble, and I look forward to visiting your store once again when the borders reopen.

All of the products are wonderful, and I am very satisfied. I am especially fond of the kyusu, which I use everyday. The frying pan is quite small, but I have been learning to make different things in it. I won't be putting the bells (fuurin) out until the weather is better, but I have ordered some a few years ago and know how they sound.
I very much appreciate your site and look forward to using it again in the future. I think your website is doing a great job of introducing products that people outside of Japan cannot normally buy.

How to Season a Pan
If you heat the oil for a while and then cool the pot on a wet cloth a couple of times, the ingredients will not stick to the pan. Video 1Video 2
