The enamel is made of steel sheet coated with glassy glaze and fired at a high temperature (850ºC). Due to the characteristic of the enamel, the cut section of the steel sheet may not be covered with glassy glaze, and some black streaks and dots may appear on the edges and surface.

Since Noda Horo was founded in 1934 in Tokyo, they have been producing enamel products only for more than 80 years.
