Bunka Knife, also known as "santoku knife (general-purpose kitchen knife)," is a general-purpose kitchen knife that could be used for cooking a wide variety of vegetables, fishes, and meats. The handle is made of Japanese white-bark magnolia. The handle easily fits the hands of the users, and could comfortably be gripped. Further, since the blade is double-edged, it can be used by left-handed people as well.
