Flat Bowl
Flat Bowl is the best choice for chirashizushi. A perfect vessel to serve not only Japanese dishes, but western cuisine such as curry, stew, and salad as well. It could be used every day to serve fruits and biscuits on the table. We recommend you to use chopsticks and spoons made of lacquer to prevent the vessel from being scratched.

Hime Kobachi
Named "Hime Kobachi (Princess Small Dish)," due to its small and cute appearance relative to the normal-sized kobachis. A popular vessel in a chubby shape that is easy to hold. As it is made of wood, the vessel wouldn't turn too hot when containing a hot item and it wouldn't produce any sweat when a cold content is poured. It is also cherished as a dessert cup that can be used to serve kuzukiri and anmitsu in summer, and amazake and oshiruko in winter.
Size: About Ø70xH75mm

Tsubaki Plate
It was named "Tsubaki Plate" as the shape resembles a camellia flower when looked from the side. It is a standard plate used to serve sweets and other foods, often used in both Eastern and Western environments. If Eastern, sweets would include Namagashi (moist sweets), such as Yokan, and Higashi (dry Japanese sweets). If Western, the plate could serve cakes and cookies, with which would suggest a character, gorgeous than usual.
