I received the pots in perfect condition. Absolutely in love with them. I've followed your advice to soak the gohan nabe with flour and water overnight. Made rice with it once, which turned out great. There are a few small cracks inside the pot but have soaked it with flour and water overnight - so should be okay! Thanks so much.
