I am very happy with my yutanpo and the stellar service from your shop. I have found no defects, and I do use my pink yutanopo daily now. It is quite chilly and damp in the Pacific Northwest, and this is a perfect, energy-efficient, elegant way to stay warm. I am actually using it right now. It’s just the right thing for warming my bed, and of course, my cats love to sleep near it. It is safely put in its cover and is under the bed covers so it can’t fall off or be damaged.
I have not used my pepper wood pestle (surikogi?), however. It’s so beautiful I haven’t wanted to mess it up! But I’m sure it will be perfect for my suribachi.

Yes the product came in great condition and I'm pleased with it. The only downside was that I had to pay massive taxes to the government on importing the item but it can't be helped. All in all I probably payed 28000¥ for the item plus shipping and import tax. Anyway the item itself is great and I'll let you know if there are any issues. Thank you for reaching out.
