An omusubi-shaped (rice-ball-shaped) lunch box that is completed after approximately two years since the production plan was formulated. As to create the unusual triangular shape using Magewappa, there have been various barriers to overcome.
The development began as Gohachi Products asked Katakana, a shop in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, whether it is possible to create a lunch box for onigiri (rice ball). After 2 years since Gohachi Products discussed with Shibata Yoshinobu Shoten, a manufacturer representing Odate Magewappa, the product has finally completed.
It is a completely unpainted lunch box that allows us to rediscover the splendid food culture of omusubi that Japan is truly proud of. As the products are rarely in stock, if you would like to purchase, we recommend you to order as soon as possible.
This item is usually shipped in 2 business days. If it is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected shipping date.
