The name “Spatter” is a coined term created by Toribe Seisakusho to evoke the image of scissors that cut cleanly and sharply.
The high hardness of the scissors makes them hygienic and resistant to scratches, and they are compatible with boiling, alcohol, and UV disinfection, as well as commercial dishwashers. Since they are unpainted, there is no risk of foreign particles mixing in, and the blades can be disassembled for individual cleaning. Every step of the production process, including final adjustments, is carefully completed by skilled craftsmen, with all manufacturing and processing conducted domestically.
