Formal order verification email sent from us arrives at customer. As for custom-made products such as hand-dyed bags etc, and email specifying the future payment date is sent out.

Product dispatch
Goods are dispatched directly to the customer by the craftsperson that makes them. All goods are dispatched to any destination in the world via the Post Office’s rapid EMS Post Service.

  Postage policy

Presently we are offering free postage, worldwide!!!

We reserve the right to change our postage policy without notice.

Overseas dispatch of orders.

All orders are dispatched using the Post Office’s rapid delivery EMS service. This normally takes between 3 and 5 working days to arrive at destinations in Europe and the continental USA. Sometimes a little longer to other destinations.


  Cancellation or modification of orders


Cancellation of pre-produced goods is always possible. However there are a large number of made-to-order products where cancellation is not possible. With hats, lighting products and Jeans Jackets, it’s not possible to cancel an order once the order has been received and acknowledged.

  Returns Policy

Defective goods
After defective items and unsatisfactory items have been returned by the customer to us, the postage will be refunded.
Returned goods

Goods returned because of a difference in images or sizes are not quite right for you, the customer must bear the burden of postage. Should goods be exchanged, we will be responsible for postage.

Exchange-only and there is no-refund in the deal.
